I am so very excited to share this with you all. Last Wednesday I got a group of four girls to join in on the very first Fish Wives fishing day at Meon Springs fishery in West Meon. Rebecca Frost who was one of the ladies on the day, posted some kind words I would like to share with you below:

 All the men in my family fish, and I never thought it was something I would be interested in…..until now.

My very good friend Tracy set up Fish Wives earlier this year in order to get girls together to go fishing, she invited me along to take some photos and experience the day. I absolutely loved it from start to finish! The location was just beautiful, Tracy was a amazing teacher ( I and one other girl had never picked up a rod in our lives! ) and Tracy even put on a beautiful lunch for us to sit and enjoy by the lake. I would never have believed it but I even caught a fish, and I cannot tell you how good it felt and how proud I was of myself by the end of the day.

This is such a good idea and all women should give this a go, if nothing else its a lovely day out to spend with the girls! I love the images as they just captured everything the day was about, and I hope Tracy thinks so too!
